Complaint Details
Micromax Mobile Model :X560 have problem with its battery charger and audio socket. Phone is in waranty. I approched its service center V Connect Solutions Nungambakkam Chennai. He is asking me Rs-1500/- to repair it. He has not given name of defective part, type of problem and its estimated cost while demanded. He told me he will not give any thing in writing. kindly help me this phone never been mis handled.
