i lodged two complaints one in the month of Dec and then again in the month of Jan vide my complaint no. 86370359. Still this date no one turned up to my residence for the service. The dealer at Madipakkam, Chennai called me and he was profusely immature to be called as dealer who never bothers about the customer predicament. I seek compensation from eureka forbes for mental tension i have faced because of the non functioning of my vacuum cleaner which has put me in a quandary. A compensation for a new machine is immediately required for having lost valuable time
