Complaint Details
I have got a Aqua guard total reviva for about 9 months now.I have a serious problem in the machine and called for service people on 20th February.But they don't seem to come and even respond to the calls for the past 1 week inspite of repeated calls almost twice daily.We wll be happy if you can do something about it.After spending close to Rs.10,000 on a water purifier,we are forced to spend more money on bottled water because their irresponsible attitude.Is there any way to claim that from them ,as it causes extreme pain for us.
