Complaint Details
Due to providing of fake machine by one of the Eureka Forbes executives ,I have lost my precious time from last six months for followups and escalations and also mentally tortured me a lot.
Finally, My new machine was installed on 28-01-2012 with serial number : 1013212112035266.KPHB Area service manager has informed me that he will be providing the customer code with in 2 days but i didn't get any reply till today.Thanks for team till some extent. But not yet provided my "customer invoice" and also "customer code" till now for having future reference with Eureka Forbes to continue the service relationship. Please find the service card attachment for your reference.Request you to arrange the customer code and customer invoice on immediate basis.
