Dear Sir,

This mail is regarding Irresponsive & Pathetic services of TIKONA with ill intention,

malprcatises and cheap tactics to retain & exploit customer.

we forwarded below follow-up mail to TIKONA to disconnect our services on Feb 13, 2012.
(mail is also attached)

with ref to our disconnection request no 1-2140691101 dated 30-01-2012 and Request

1-2182284251 please disconnect our services with immediate effect & permanently.

on 16th FEB TIKONA said disconnection is in process.
On 23 FEB we reminded again for disconnection.
on 28 FEB TIKONA said to forward email via registered email id.

First TIKONA has wrongly entered our email into their system and we have tried to update

it two times as per process mention at their website. Here is our request to update our

email ID. (Request Attach)

1-2182481187 dated 13/02/2012

But they have not updated the same into their system.

We have also forwarded TIKONA many request to cancel our account but Their People are

insisting upon us (forcefully) to continue it. (Request Attach)

we have also searched the web and found that it is in their practise not to disconnect

Request you to take some strict action against such company so that they do not exploit

customer by their tactics.
