Complaint Details
I have purchased Aquaguard E Nova water purifier by Eureka forbes and taken AMC for 3 years. As part of AMC, 2 free service were supposed to be provided every year and free replacement of candles once every year. Its been more then a year but till date no service has been done. Despite repeatedly raising service requests no action is done till date. This seems to be a clear case of cheating. I am having all the required documents with me.
