On 10th December 2012 I booked one sofa cum bed from Housefull store at Thakur Mall, Near Dahisar Cheque Naka for Rs. 9499/- after reading an advertisement in the Mumbai Mirror dated 10-12-2011. The sofa was delivered on 12 December 2011. It was found that the sofa cum bed was of substandard manufacture. There was not enough sponge (cushion) resulting in the springs and other metal devices used as base touching while sitting. It also makes lot of noises while sitting and getting up. This was reported to the Store (9702036994) and factory office (9272211134) on Saturday, the 28th January 2012 and was followed up on 31st January, 2011.

Since I did not receive any response from your store or factory in the matter I sent an email to the customer relationship manager of Housefull International Ltd. on 1st February, 2012 after talking to her on the phone.
The sofa cum bed was taken for repairing on 10th February, 2012 and was returned on 25th February, 2102. Assembling was done on 29th February 2012.
I had to make many follow up calls for getting the carpenter to inspect the sofa cum bed, get the sofa cum bed after repair and get it assembled. They never kept the date and time given to me which created lot of inconvenience to me.
Now I submit the following for your favourable consideration:
1. The sofa cum bed is still unusable as the problems stated in para one still persist.
2. I reported the matter again to the customer relationship manager of Housefull International Ltd. and asked for a replacement or refund but was intimated that their warehouse has rectified the problem as per the QA dept. and that is the best they can do.
3. I reiterate that the sofa cum bed is of inferior quality and still not usable.
4. I have paid a good amount (Rs. 9,499/-) which is my hard earned money and I am cheated by Housefull International Ltd. by misguiding their advertisement.
I would request for your kind intervention to get my money back from Housefull International Ltd.
