Dear Sir,
1. I am not aware of procedure for redress of grievances. Please forward mail to your relevant department. I have an RO Sensa Plus. Lodged complaint of non functioning on 05 Mar 2012. Complaint No 86517920.
2. Complaint was attended to by Technician Mr Sripal but due to non availability of pump, defect was not rectified. I again complaint on 06 Mar. Mr Subhash, was very helpful in providing pump. However technician Mr Ramjee from Sanchi Enterprise came on 07 mar to attend. Did not change the pump but attributed fault to some other thing(ON WAY VALVE) totally in contravention to what an earlier technician ( Mr Sripal from Sanchi enterprise) had said. Went back without checking the functionality of RO after repair. The system is totally spoilt now. Instead of repairing and improving efficacy, the system is absolutely non functional. The consumer is suffering from 05 Mar onwards. Such callous attitude, indifferent approach and incompetence of technician from renowned company like Eureka is certainly neither expected nor desirable.
3. May I request you to kindly address the issue and avoid further harassment to me and my family.I am sure this complaint will be forwarded to concerned department and requisite actions will be initiated for improvement of services to customers.
