Dear Concerned,
We OCL India Ltd (complainant) used to supply refractories to M/s Goradia special steels Ltd (complainee) against their various purchase orders. The later have not paid the amount of goods supplied after repeated follow-ups. They had reconciled our accounts and assured to pay the outstanding amount but since last 9-10 months there is no payment coming from the same. A legal notice has also been sent (copy attached) to the complainee.
