Complaint Details
The above mentioned AquaGuard system bearing with Sl # 2000166 (Customer Code - 1006228059) is not functional since Dec 2011 and service requests were logged multiple times for the same issue since last four months. (Ref # 64387767, 005575060, 065874215, 69874215). The maintenance contract for this unit is valid from 31st Oct 2011 to 30th Oct 2013 ( Full Amt paid advance - Rs. 7450). Even after repeated reminders and followups there is no positive response from any of the officials from Eureka Forbes. Asking for contact details of senior officials were denied and there is no functional greivence mechanism within the organization and for the same unit about a year back i had escalated similar way which was not responded well. Request to the needful to get rectified the issue and also compensate me for the period of non-service.
