Complaint Details
On 18 when I placed an order for Spilit AC from LG Best Shop, I was cheated by asking me to pay processing fee and was sold the product which was not in stock. On 19/3, Bajaj Electronics (sis concern for LG Best Shop) sold LG AC for us but sent unprofessional technicians to install on 20/3 and damanaged the bedroom and bathroom walls. The unprofessional technicians said were from LG Service Center (Mr. Kiran Head) sent them but we found that they were not. This way Mr. Kiran, Mr. Sharma and Mr. Vijay (LG India Head, Hyderabad) all three have mentally caused torture, harassed me and finally have not installed the AC but have washed their hands. I have raised this complaint with Core Center as well (attached docs>0
