Sir,My AMC Receipt No.17430534, I have to ring the person always for service whereas as per the contract, the person assigned duty should come and maintain my machine.The contract was on 24/02/2010 and is valid till 2013,failing which i have to get the gross negligence printed in the established news paper. Thanks.
