Purchased 1.5 ton 2 Star Split AC model LSA5FR2A make: LG vide invoice
no. 2579 dated 30.09.11 from M/S Satisfaction,an authorized dealer valued Rs. 26,000.00 address : Aerodrome circle, Kota - 324007
( Rajasthan).
The product developed major problem like abnormal sound , vibration , noise etc immediately after installation. This was informed to company service center & service engineer admitted & accepted the problems as failed to repair. Since then from last 6 months the company has shown very irresponsible & negligence attitude to handle my grievances. Now the company's Service Branch Manager Mr. Ajayan G has accepted the problem in product after 6 months of my struggle & don't accept suitable compensation for my harassment & monetary loss. The matter is also proceeding in Consumer forum , Kota.
