Complaint Details
I am using a Android cell phone (Samsung Galaxy TAB), earlier i requested Vodafone to enable 3G and I got hafty amount for internet access as the applications installed on Cell phone does downloads in background and we endup paying huge bills. I paid the bill and since I didn't needed Internet on my cell phone I requested vodafone to disable the 3G on my connection.
To my surprise Vodafone has enabled the 3G again on my conection and in the month of Feb I got around 1000Rs as Internet changes on my connection same got repeated in the month of March. When i asked them why did they enabled 3G they said this is as per new TRAI policy.
I need clarification on this as why a customer is subjected to pay which he/she does not ask for ?
I tried escalating to their higherups but got no preper response. I am attaching the same communication here.
Password to open the Bill document is sanj6116
