Complaint Details
I bought a Gold+Diamond ring from MLSS on 25/2/12. On 25/3/12 I noticed that the diamond, together with an adjoining piece of Gold was missing. I noticed while in a Mall in the afternoon. I had noticed the ring with Diamond in the morning and dont remember hit the ring against anything. In my view the diamond came out due to a manufacturing defect and should be refunded by the jeweller in full.
