Complaint Details
I had bought EuroAir Detox from Eureka Forbes 6 months back. When sales person visited my house, I realized he did not know anything about the equipment. I had read lot about it so I purchased it.Device worked fine for 3 months but after that it started malfunctioning. I had to go out of station hence could not find any time to get it repaired. Once I came back, I called customer care. Since then there have been many followups but same story again and again that we are sorry, somebody will be calling you in 24 hrs etc etc. After many calls, a service engineer came to my house but without any tools. He did not know anything about the purifier.I was shocked to see that he didn't know even how to change the filter. I am feeling cheated and have decided not to buy any thing from these guys.I have left my negative review on various popular forums so that other too avoid Eureka Forbes.
