purchased Ro Reviva water purifier 0n 19th Feb 2011(Recpt no.47780) and got it installed at my residence It started forming green fungal plaques inside the water comparment Started giving complaints both over phone and online through their website (copplaint No a02f4fd3a606 )and at last they said its to be changed as its not working now.I have started giving innumerable no. of complaints but invain and now they say I have to re enter into service agreement as it lapses every year Kindly intervene and see to it a new piece with apt functioning be replaced at an early date as else otherwise the very purpose of purchasing a water purifier is defeated with polluted water , the present water purifier is producing
