I have online ordered three items on 15th and 16th of March on www.timtara.com, But after passing more then 16 days, still I have not received a single equipment which I ordered. Timtara's customer care is so pathetic that, I tried 100s of time but no one responses , even the mobile no.s provided in there website is not responding. I tried to contact them in 9899035527, 9212563227 (Mr. Imtiyaz), 9212563229 (Mr. Raja) ,But no one cares. they never pick the call.
I think Arindam Bose made a fabulous .com company to cheat innocent people of India. These bastards didn't care at all. Is there any way to get my money back, Please suggest. Or I should have to file a police complaint as well as a cyber crime case against Mr. Arindam Bose. Please Reply.
