Respected sir,
I bought a Numeric 600ex model ups on 19/4/2010 under two years warranty. It failed to work by Febraury 2012. Then I requested service to numeric ups on 27/2/2012. I made several calls to the company for not attending any service to my ups. And their response was that, "Spare Not available, We will send our technician to replace the ups tomorrow". Such evasive replies were given to me till date (12/4/2012). The complaint number given to me for my numeric ups for your reference is "27chn270212". I am really helpless sir. Kindly help me regarding this issue sir. Hereby am attaching a copy of the bill for your reference sir. Thank you sir.
