Complaint Details
I have purchased Aquqguard Enhance RO form Eureka Forbes Ltd last year. While purchasing I used to get several calls from the company and lots of promises for prompt after sales services. After sales, the service is horrible. It was promised to privide quarterly free service for one year after purchase from the company. But after repeated request , only one service has been done by service people.I have logged a complaint for the same on 07/04/2012 with complaint no: 66247368. We are calling several times on 04039883333 and one one is picking up the call for service request, If I opt for sales call, then only someone will pick up the call.The TAT is per them is 24 hours. But as on 13/04/2012, no has has visited or even called for the service request. Lots of promise were made prior to sales.
But after sales service is pathetic. No one will be availabe in my house from next week onwards and their people will not come as per our timings. Need a solution from your end.
