I installed a Eurekha Forebes Total Enhance RO system in Dec 2011 and this month it has to be serviced. But I have been calling the customer services from APR 2 2012 onwards and I would have made 40-50 calls till now and they promised 24 hours service and till now they never respond NOR send any representative for servicing it.I have a 4 year old daughter and we are very much dependent on the Water system. Our entire family's health is PUT to RISK because we may be in taking IMPURE water.Please DO THEE NEEDFUL. My Complaint # OR Request # with Eurekha Forebes is 66208161.Their customer service Representatives are SO RUDE when I call them and So are their Managers too. They never bother to respond to my pleadings. Please help me resolve this at the earliest
