This is to inform you that I Nidhi Arora resident of A-140 Jail Road New Delhi – 110018 has Joined World College of Technology and Management ( WCTM), Farrukhnagar , Gurgaon on 30 Jan 2012 as Lecturer in Electronics and Communication Department in the pay scale
I worked there till end of March 2012 but I didn’t receive any salary for working there for 2 months. I asked for the salary continuously, they committed me to give it but till now they have not even bothered.
They first asked me to open the account in OBC Bank, Farrukh nagar branch. I did that and give them the account number. I asked them about the salary, they committed that it will be transferred within 2 days. After 2 days also salary was not there in my account and they asked me to submit my original documents, then only they will give me the salary. Then I submitted my original Documents. After submission of the documents, still they didn’t transfer the salary and continue giving me false Commitments. They have also done like this to many other faculty members and after not giving the salary they asked them to leave the college.
World College hires the employees every 3 months, on a regular basis they did not release the salary and hire the new employees even 3 months college give the Recruitments ads in times of India ascent
Please look in to the matter and resolve this as early as possible.
