I placed a order for SensiClean Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes on March (Order ID : 0150352452) . I cancelled the order in consultation with their customercare manager Ms. Vinath Hegde on chat provided on their webpage. On not receiving any response or money I was promised, multiple calls were made costing me many hundred rupees on call charges and my time, every time just to get a never fulfilled promise of return call. Now, I would request you to arrange for a refund of the cost of the equipment I paid to this company along with compensation for all the phone cost I incurred trying to get it back. Other people who attended and promised me call abck include Mr. Sunil, Ms. Mandakini of Consumer section of Eureka forbes customer care. They were well behaved, but served no purpose. I donot need nice talking, what I need is to get the work done. Please revert. With expectations of you taking this up to fix Eureka Forbe's reputation. Viswas
