Complaint Details
I purchased the machine, IRONNIL – 18 Liters (Iron and sediment remover) which was installed on 29/01/12. I was told by the Sales & Service personal that it is under warranty for 12 months (1 year). Also, they promised that a Service personal we will come every 3 months for the Standard servicing (free of Cost).
However, since the very beginning whenever I summoned the Call Center for periodic maintenance of the machine (on 25th April 2012), the technicians kept me telling that the Servicing will cost be 375/- Plus any additional charge for the change in parts.
I feel cheated with this kind of approach from the Company – Eureka Forbes. They are not even ready to give me a patient hearing.
I hope the matter would be looked into and the company would be asked to be fair in its dealings.
