Complaint Details
I have made complaints more than 10 times to replace the water catridge and i am willing to pay for this, but eureka forbes has not sent the service representative still. They have a very bad service and do not attend to phone calls as well. The Customer Service Representative who answers the phone does not know how to handle the call and the field agent does not respect the customer and often dont turn in for service. Kindly take action so that they provide the service effectively.
