Complaint Details
I purchased a RO water purification system of Aqua Guard make in Nov 2011. My AMC for the previous water filtertion system- ST2000 of Aqua Guard make itself was remaining/valid for one more year. To which Mr R K Pandey assured to get it refunded and got necessary papers signed from me along with taking original AMC document.
Six months have passed. He keeps on promising but refund of my dues has not taken place.
