Complaint Details
I logged a complain for the repair of my LG 21" Ultraslim Colour TV on 24th April and on the next day (25 April 2012) the service engineer came and took one of the circuit from the TV. Till today I have not received any reply or the repaired item. My TV remain unservicable, which is unacceptable as lead time for such job from LG service is only 2 days. They are not at all answering my repeated call for update on the item.
