I have lodged a complaint on 27.4.2012 to helpline number 39883333. The Complaint number is 86790880 and also called so many times and till date problem is not solved. I made many call to service center (East Vinod Nagar) and they said very rudely that we don’t have spare parts and we can’t commit by when it will come.
Also called your authorized service center phone # 9312035633,9582647832/33 and 9810611353 (Nishant) , 9582647839 (Rohit) at E-4, Shiv Shakti Building East Vinod Nagar, Delhi, also called the manager service center so many times but he is not responding. I asked Delhi service center head number from 3988333, she (Mandakini from call center) has given Ashish Raina (Delhi service center head) number 9871052523 which I always got switch off.
I have AMC of Aqua Flow with 9 years, amount paid in advance and you people are making foolish us. This is absolutely ridicules. I asked many time Delhi office address and contact number of Eureka Forbes but call center people never share it.
This company services is totally pathetic, unprofessional and ineffective. If you call just for washing the machine only then they came and if any parts get replace they will never take call. You are cheating us.
What is the use of doing AMC with this company? I want to send this message to management staff of Eureka Forbes. I am buying water from market to drink since 27-April-12. Spend lot of money to make many calls and also spend my prices time to follow-up. This is absolutely mentally torture instead of giving proper and timely services to their customer. You should take serious action against your Delhi Customer care head ( Ashish) as well as Vinod Nagar service center head Naresh Goar. If you don’t keep spare parts, even when we paid money in advance, then you should close your service center. We are not making cherty by paying AMC money to you in advance. I will advice all customer do not waist your money by using Eureka service and product.
