We have bought a ceiling fanmodel no.Bahar 1200CF from Prakash Electronics,Shop No.2,Hemu Kalani Market,Pimpri-411 017 on 28-06-10.
The fan has failed many times and the coil was replaced twice in the last 11/2 years.Once again the fan has failed and we have given a complaint on 21-04-12 when you technician came and
said that the coil has to be replaced.There after he has reported that the coil is not available and only when he gets the same he can replace it.We have given one more complaint on 05-05-12 and we have
no response from your company for the service.More over the fan is an excuse for a FAN as we hardly get any breeze from the same. Since it is summer now we are facing a lot of problems because of the heat.
So we request that you replace the fan with a better quality model and we are ready to pay the difference of the price. Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
