Complaint Details
On 12th May, 2012 I have made an advance cheque payment vide ICICI Bank SB Cheque No.216772 for INR 11,490/- to Eureka Forbes Limited for purchase/installation of ‘Enhance UV’ water purifier. The Sales Representatives issued me Receipt No 256 (No 036985) in lieu of such transaction.
I was told that the installation will happen on 13th May before 1800 hrs. When I called the Sales Representatives on his mobile @ 997273413 he assured that the installation will happen on 14th May, 2012.
However till now till 15th May, the installation did not happen. I tried calling the contact no of the Sales Representatives; but he is not picking up the call
I am not sure if it was a genuine transaction.
I strongly believe ‘deficiency in service’
