I have recently shifted to chennai and I want to Re-install my Aqua guard at my new residence. I am following up with the customer care in chennai daily from 11-May-12 and till now it was not get installed and every day they say it willbe done today. I have to buy mineral water from outside due to their negligence. Last year also I have faced similar issue after rising the complaint to CCRC only they have addressed the issue. This is the worst ever after sales service from eureka forbes.
