Summary of my complaint is as follows: 1. Have ordered two Airtel DTH on 27 Jan 2012 and I was promissed that it will be delivered the next day, 2. Inspte of several calls, nothing was delivered, 3. Have been calling and sending email but no proper response, 4. After several follow-ups, they agree to refund on 14 Feb 2012, 5. today is 16 May 2012 and the refund is not yet processed, 6. No one has called and no one responds to emails,7. I am surprsied of such poor service from a brand like Airtel. My email correspondence as attached to this form demonstrates the frustration that I am going through with Airtel. I request your support to get the refund processed
