Complaint Details
1. Have ordered two Airtel DTH on 27 Jan 2012 and I was promised that it will be delivered the next day,

2. Inspite of several calls, nothing was delivered,

3. Have been calling and sending email but no proper response,

4. After several follow-ups, they agree to refund on 14 Feb 2012,

5. today is 16 May 2012 and the refund is not yet processed,

6. No one has called and no one responds to emails,

7. I am surprised of such poor service from a brand like Airtel
