Sir,
I have made a online Purchase of a nokia cellphone and whirlpool refridegerator bearing order no: 10246638, 10246640 Dated: 28-04-2012 and paid amount by online transfer to timtara.com via SBI on the same day itself of amt: 10138/- for which they assured delivery of product inbetween 10-12 working days but even after 20 working days they dont even respond to my complaints bearing ref no: 22286 dated: 14-05-2012,23096 dated: 18-05-2012.their customer care executives just say :KRIPIYA PRATIKSHA KIJIYE AAPKA PRODUCT AAP TAK POHONCH JAYEGA' they dont even know status of the product shipment.
sir please help me out in this timtara.com scam please.
NOTE: With reference to the above complaint i am attaching a copy of the mail i recieved from timtara.com as a confirmation of order.
