Complaint Details
I had purchased a water purifier of Aquaguard brand name Compact model. As the salesman and the plumber have taken the tax invoice with them without returning the same, I am unavailable to give any reference nos. They have given a defective product, not answered calls for over a year, bad replacement procedures and extremely bad customer support. Inspite of the above, they have not still returned or given me a copy of the invoice.
