Complaint Details
I bought Eureka Forbes Ivory Water Purifier from ‘Mahavir Electronics‘, Bibwewadi, Pune on 21st January, 2010.
But, unfortunately from the day one, it started creating problems. I got it replaced at that time after certain follow-ups. But, in case of new purifier, the same story continues.
Despite repeated registration of complaints (refer my Complaint No. 84111161 on 31st Dec.’10), I did not get proper service. I also approached your Branch Head, but to my utter dismay, I got cold response.
Being a journalist, I feel there are so many other users, whose problem need to be addressed.
