Complaint Details
We had entered into contract with this company for providing us with manpower for our business ON 25/4/2012. We had given them cheque for Rs. 5618/- on account of membership for 2 years. One month has passed and they have not yet provided any manpower. Hence, we have already hired some personnel through our own sources since we could not wait so long. They continued to give us false assurances that they will send someone, but they have failed to do so. We are asking them to give us the refund, but they are refusing to do so. So kindly help
