3 issues with my wet and dry vaccum cleaner,

1)Bill not yet dispatched
2)dummy garauntee card issued with out print of life time service

3) No response from the serivce department as they are responding to me like 'requesting / issue sparepart is not available , we are responding internally like that with out any hesitation ' , kindly look and take an appropriate action.
