Complaint Details
I had bought a new skoda Fabia in Mar 2012. After a few weeks it showed vibrations signs. The workshop guys spoke of a manufcaturing defect and said that the part would be replaced in 3 days. Its more than 20 days with no sign of repai done and car is still with them. Imagine a new car with defect lying in workshop for almost a month and no response from skoda and very minimal communication from the workshop as to when it will be fixed
