Complaint Details
I had bought SD card of 16 GB from Staples Bannergatta Road,JP Nagar branch today at 15.56pm and when billing cashier inserted the SD card in my camera it was not functioning.


same I brought to notice of branch manager immediately ,he told camera will not support 16 GB SD cards. so I asked him to replace with lower GB then he refused to replace it.


This 16 GB I had purchased as advised by the sales person present at counter.


I didn't collect the SD card and it is still with the branch manager there .


My billing details are as under

Now I request to replace with lower GB one or refund my money.


One more thing I want to bring your kind attention that your branch manager was very rude in talking,




Pl do needful ASAP to avoid further escalation to other levels.
