MACHINE NOT GIVING WATER. w.r.t. complain no. f3a7ac400c6b lodged on 12/05/2012. Nobody has visited the complained purifier till now. Got a call from varanasi service center that your problem has been identified as pcb need to replace. as the pcb is not available with them so they are helpless in providing the solution. 1st thing to surprise, without checking the purifier how can they know that there is pcb fault. they are infact not intrested in attending the complain for the reason making silly excuses.
