i had purchased a vaccum cleaner ec pro on march 25 and i had noticed a manufracturing defect in the unit despite the regular compliants the firm has not replaced my unit but has confirmed to replace itvia email on orally( the copy of the mail is attached) and now every time we call them they just dont recive our call or keep pushing our phone away.
