Complaint Details
I have recently subscribed the annual subscription of newspaper effective 01JUN12. My cheque was cleared well before that and was assured of the best service of delivering the paper by morning before 7:30 am. Mr reference RRE Code is 3486 and RRE name: Suresh.

He spoke very covincingly and assured the newspaper will be delievered on time and infact he had given another contact person by name Mr. Thiyagarajan and his mobile contact(+919003171774).
Mr. Thiagarajan was on sick leave and couldnt solve my problem and over a period he is responding over the phone.

Times of India subscriber's Helpline no. 044 2431 7979 is continuously ring and no response.

today is 05JUN12 and i havent got my newspaper as yet.

Request your goodself to intervene in this matter and provide appropriate solution
