Hi,
I'm makeshkumar and i'm a buyer in ebay online shopping.
Recently i have purchased one laptop from ebay.in on march 17th 2012.during buying the item i have entered the coupon code (EBAYMAR002) which was given by ebay and its related to the assured free gift of MICROMAX X600 mobile.
Asper the policy Ebay given me the promise to deliver the promotional assured gift with in 45-60 days from the date of purchase.but still i'm waiting for the gift and customer care executives are not giving me the valid reasons and they are not even following up my mails and they have not send me the promotional gift item till now.
As a customer i should have to know the reason and justification but none of the peoples giving me the feedback or else.
As a online shopping company they are not having any escalations to follow to meet the customer requirements.
I'm much tried to contacted ebay to resolve issue for more than 20 times but still they have not resolved my needs.
I loss my patients because every time the customer care person assured me the false information like i'd be getting the item with in may and so ans so. but none of the things are happened.
kindly help me out to get out from this issue and get the promotional assure gift item status and some sort of compensation.
As i have some respect about the ebay shopping but if there is any issue its really unhelpful with ebay india customer support.
