This post is after 3 months of follow up with Eureka forbes for obtaining a dust bag for Futuro model vaccum cleaner.
Since I send a strong protest email over Eureka Forbes site, PRASAD JOSHI, claiming to be head of Eureka Forbes in Pune, called me on 03/06/12. A technician called NITIN came to my house 2 days later without the dust bag (the very complaint I had) but charged me INR375 for servicing the vacuum cleaner. Eureka forbes has the worst customer service and their slogan of ‘Friends for Life’ is a complete sham.
Please never ever buy Eureka Forbes nor the Forbes brand, look for alternatives like LG
