Water Purifier under AMC, filters due for replacement in March 2012 replaced in end May 12, unsafe water in the meantime, solid particles in water after replacement of filters, perennial leakage problem, and inconvenience of getting the machine rectified again and again. Purifier last attended on 9th June 2012 in FN, again started leaking in the evening of 9th June, Service Agency has shown surprise over repeated problems with purifier at my home. Enough problems faced. Purifier itself needs to be replaced.
