I am R.MUTHUKRISHNAN residing at Bangalore.

I am working in HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LTD, GOVT OF INDIA, BANGALORE.

I purchased AQUA GUARD TOTAL DUO WATER PURIFIER from AQUA GUARD,836, Rajapalaya, White field Road, Near Rajapalya HP Petrol Bunk, Mahadevapura Post, Bangalore ON 07/03/2012.

My purifier is under warranty period.

I have problem with purifier in month of APRIL 2012.LEAKAGE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PURIFIER.

I called Bangalore office lot of time. But no response. They are telling rep will come

today or tomorrow. One rep reported on 28.04.2011.He is told that some parts to be replaced with new one. So I will come tomorrow. After that no body will come.

After that i called office they told your complaint already solved.
After that again I made Web service ticket complaint no is d169b10db031 on 12.04.2012.


I was struggling lot for the last two months. Eureka Forbes is very good name.

But sale service is very worst

PLEASE solve the issue
