We have got the AG Purechill RO 80PSS serviced thru Eureka Forbes Franchisee m/s Narula Entps Rewari vide bill No:1450 dated 20.4.2012 making payment of Rs 14740. M/s Narula Entps had replaced all the 4 membranes, carbon block - 6 nos,10" candle-2 nos , Adaptor-1 no and also levied a servcie charge of Rs 1000/- which is included in the above amount. After spending close to Rs 15000/- the equipment worked for only about a week and thereafter is not purifying water.
WE HAVE PERSONALLY CONTACTED M/S NARULA ENTPS TO ATTEND THE EQUIPMENT . AFTER INITIALY DODGING , HE IS NOW REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE.
WE ARE APPALED AT THE SHOODY SERVCIE PROVIDED AND POSSIBLY EVEN SUB-STANDARD OR SPURIOUS SPARES USED BY HIM BEACUSE OF WHICH HE IS NOT RESPONDING NOW.
REQUEST ARRANGING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY
