Ref my Complain # CN0612023379

Problem Description – My Washing Machine Body Got Rusted and needed to be changed.

What did Service Engineer Do ?

They Fixed the Problem by replacing the Body for which I paid Rs 3600/=
They Serviced my Washing Machine ( I had a AMC )
They asked me to buy a Scalegon – De-Scaling Agent 10 Packets and Offered me Buy 10 get 4 Free for which I paid 1600 (160 per pack)
They used only 4 packets for servicing the machine.


What is my Complaint ?

My Rat Mesh (below the washing Machine) got worn out and needed a change, I asked Service Engineer to Replace it for which he demanded Rs 250/-
He said he will come and replace it in the evening and since I was in office , my family was at home I handed over Rs 250 to my wife and after replacement I asked her to Pay the Service Engineer after the Rat Cover was replaced. He replaced the damaged rat cover with a card board and collected Rs 250 and did not give a bill and left. Once I returned from office in the night I inspected the rat mesh, the old one was in Plastic material and the new one was a card board.

I immediately called the helpdesk and the manager, they are not responding properly

What do I want from Whirlpool ?

1. To replace the RAT Cover with the authentic & Genuine Whirlpool Replacement Rat Cover and not the card board, Rats will easily destroy the card board and the board is also not fitted properly and rats will easily go inside the machine.
2. To take back all the packets of Scalegon which the service engineer sold to me and return my remaining money, they used 4 packets for which I am willing to pay.

I am not at all happy with the Service of Whirlpool Service and the Service Engineers are cheating me which leave me totally dis-appointed with Whirlpool.
If you don’t take suitable action, then I will go to OMBUDSMAN and then to the consumer court and sue your company.
