Complaint Details
Spice Jet is taking uncessesory Charges while booking the ticket online.
Customer do not have any option but to pay by credit or debit card. However Airline companies are charging Rs 100 for each passenger as card transaction fees. While booking through telephone, they are charging more than 150 Rs which is unjustified.
Also these componies are charging Rs 50 for providing printout at airport though they know that without printout passanger cannot enter in airport.
